Onesie to Bubble Dress Refashion

Sophie has outgrown some old onesies that still had some life in them. When I saw the Turn a Onesie into a Bubble Dress tutorial at Make It & Love It I knew it would be the perfect
project to get more wear out of them. This is what I created:

It was very easy to do. Simply cut off the bottom of the onesie, gather a folded piece of knit fabric (the folding eliminates the need to hem!) and sew it on to the bottom of the onesie. Go HERE for all the details.

Makes a great swimsuit cover up too!

Check back later this week where I'll show you how to make these coordinating knit flowers hair accessories from the left over fabric!
