I used the fabric left over from Sophie's onesie to bubble dress conversion to make these cute knit flowers. I used this tutorial from Emily's Little World.
I made my own templates for the flowers and used 2 difference sizes. You can download my template HERE.
To turn
them into hair accessories I cut a circular shaped piece of felt and
hot glued it to the back. Then hot glued an alligator clip on.
Wondering what that white stuff is under the alligator clip for the pink flower? I've found that shelf liner is great for keeping hair bows from sliding out of fine baby hair. You can hot glue that on too, but place a piece of wax paper between the strip of shelf liner and the top of the alligator clip while it drys so that it doesn't get glued shut. Just a neat tip to remember!
They're so cute! Great idea about the shelf liner :-)
